day workshop will re-introduce the basics of inventory optimisation
and provide a facilitated forum for how these basics are

Introduction to Optimiza (1
day)
Workshop Objectives:
The objective of the Introduction to Optimiza is to help ensure
that Barloworld Supply Chain Software clients are getting the
maximum benefit from Optimiza in their business. The one day
workshop will teach delegates the fundamentals of the tool and how
they are likely to be using it.
Optimiza software will be used by delegates on dedicated PC's
during the day to experiment with functionality and discussions
will be encouraged on how the tool can be best used.
There will be hands-on exercises throughout the workshop.
Workshop Modules:
The course will provide an introduction into Optimiza
functionality and navigation as a starting point for people new to
Optimiza. It will cover topics including creating templates, the
Cockpit, Inventory Enquiry, Ordering, Forward Plan, Optimiza
Reports. If time allows then other areas can be explored as
required.
